These Terms of Use apply to your use of ClockDaddy, a full-screen landscape clock app for Android.
1. App purpose
ClockDaddy provides clock display and related appearance features for general personal use.
2. Local-only operation
ClockDaddy is designed to operate locally on your device. It does not require an account, does not request internet permission, and does not provide cloud sync.
3. User responsibility
You are responsible for checking that ClockDaddy is configured correctly for your intended use. Do not rely on ClockDaddy as your only timekeeping or alerting mechanism for emergency, medical, safety, financial, or critical obligations.
4. Device behaviour
Display behaviour may be affected by Android settings, battery optimisation, screen timeout settings, manufacturer-specific restrictions, operating system updates, and device hardware.
5. Updates and changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of ClockDaddy at any time.
6. Intellectual property
ClockDaddy, including its design, branding, text, software, and related materials, is owned by agltyCo or its licensors.
7. Disclaimer
ClockDaddy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic loss arising from your use of ClockDaddy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Your use of ClockDaddy is also subject to the ClockDaddy Privacy Policy.
